Sherlock Legal’s standard business hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
We understand that for many reasons it is not always convenient or possible for clients to attend appointments during normal office hours. As such, Sherlock Legal is happy to accommodate appointments outside of normal business hours including on weekends (subject to availability).
There is no additional charge for appointments outside of normal business hours.

Online consultations are available and can be booked on the Online Consult page of this website.
Regarding mobile visits, ordinarily Sherlock Legal is happy to accommodate requests to attend a client’s premises or an alternative agreed location – however this cannot currently be guaranteed due to the impact of Covid-19.
Please note, however, that a fee may be charged in respect to the time taken to travel to and from your nominated location.
If you have an illness, injury, disability, or other circumstances make travel to our office difficult, please contact our friendly Principal on 0468 450 648 to discuss the available options.

If you have any queries at all concerning legal aid, or wish to make an application in respect of receiving legal aid, please contact Legal Aid directly.
Sherlock Legal is physically located at 43 James Street, Guildford and is is situated inside a beautiful old house that was built in 1905.
Our office is adjacent to the Swan Bowling Club and directly opposite National Storage and Guildford Garden Machines.

Sherlock Legal (if available) will generally answer telephone calls outside of normal business hours up to 9:00pm. However, if we are unable to answer your call please complete the Contact Us Form at the top of this page which allows you to leave a detailed message and our friendly Principal will respond to you as promptly as possible.
In the event that Sherlock Legal is unable to personally assist you with your matter, we are generally able to obtain assistance from a consultant or Barrister.
Alternatively, we can direct you to other legal professionals who specialise in the specific area of law in which you need assistance.
